Youth Ministry
Although a small church, New Life Community Church is developing an active youth ministry. We currently have partnerships with two local churches for youth ministry. On Wednesday nights, our youth are invited to participate in the youth ministry of Harvester Baptist Church, less than 5 minutes from the meeting place of New Life Community Church. Generally there is a game followed by a Bible lesson taught by Pastor Matt Simpson, Associate Pastor at Harvester Baptist Church. During this time, we have an adult Bible Study and our Puppet ministry at Sybert Drive, so parents can come and enjoy the adult study at the same time.
In additon, we are working with CrossLife Community Church to help both churches develop their youth ministry. We are working toward scheduling regular events and Bible Study to help our young people grow in Jesus Christ.
Acquire the Fire
May 7-8, 2010 at First Mariner Arena in Baltimore. Join us for a great weekend with outstanding music, challenging speakers, and hanging with your friends. The church will pick up $24 of the registration fee for New Life Youth and their friends. If you let Pastor John know by Wednesday, Feb. 24, it's free! The weekend includes an overnighter.
