Teaching

Missed church?  Now you can listen to or download sermons from New Life Community Church on line!   If you are visiting our web site, we invite you to listen to a sample message and of course to come to our services on Sunday.  We have a wonderful group of believers who would love to meet you.

Faith that Works:  James, the brother of our Lord Jesus wrote one of the most practical books of Scripture providing us with instruction on how to live the Christian life.  Jesus didn't just die on the cross to give us eternal life and then coast.  He has called us to put our faith into action.  The current message series in James will help us put feet to our faith.

Survey of the Bible

On Wednesday nights we did a survey of all of the books of the Old Testament.  The goal was to go over about one book every two weeks.  Some books took more time and others less (some minor prophets were combined).   In order to keep this from being strictly an academic study, portions of each book were examined in a devotional sense.  Below are some PDF files of the notes (discussion questions) from the study. Just click on a link below to access the PDF. It is my prayer that  these study notes will be a blessing to you as you dive into God's word for yourself.  If you are interested in getting word versions of these notes to edit for your use, please use the contact page and send me an e-mail, I would love to hear from you.
